Shaun-

put this above the FIRST (probably the primary hostname) virtual host in your apache config (httpd.conf, don\'t worry about what it sez about the depreciated access.conf).....

Options All
AllowOverride All
</Directory>


Then restart apache / remove the bogus FP entries from that domain from /usr/local/frontpage, and try reinstall again.
