Hello. The company I work for has a "personal webspace" for some of our dialup/dsl customers. Currently these sites are hosted on a windows based server, and I want to move it all into a CPanel account on our CPanel server. This would involve me creating ftp users for CPanel, so the customer can log in with theior username and only get access to their specific user directory. I want to be able to install frontpage extensions to these directories, but I cannot find a way to do it within the CPanel interface. Any ideas?

there is not any good way to add fp extensions to subwebs via cpanel

the way to do it is to add them via the FP admin page which you should be familier with if your running FP on windows.

The FP admin will be installed at http://<ip of machine> or <fqdn>:<port assigned when FP installed>

You may have to go look at the httpd.conf of the apache to figure ouyt the port number for the admin page

or you can select server security from within FP once you log into the main web with FP
