Thank you for your help! I have already solved this issue, I had to create a ticket to your support team, and they found, after some hours of hard work, that the issue that the config for pecl was changed to use the directory /root/pear/bin instead of /opt/cpanel/ea-php74/root/usr/bin/ so they helped me to fix it and, now my PECL module installer is working well.
