installing mp4box, ffmpeg etc? I am tired of searching

Hey everyone,
I have a vps where I learn things. I am trying to install a video streaming website which requires ffmpeg and a few other modules. Here they are.

ffmpeg
mp4box
flvtool2
mplayer

I have been searching on google for a while now but there is no definitive guide or how to's that helped me. I would highly appreciate if someone can point me to right direction.
