Installing Munin Issue

Hi

I've tried to install munin via WHM and get:

After the above - Munin does not show in WHM - even after system reboot.

but still no munin.... it appears the RPMs are not installing correctly. I've disabled firewall and tried to reinstall RPMs but to no avail.

Looks like Munin is not installed so I try to instal via SSH but no lock as it's already installed....

Update: I managed to manually install the etc/munin files which were missing - and restarted the munin service which now appears to have been successful, however, the plugin still doesn't show in WHM.
