Installing Perl Modules Problems!!! :(

when i click on &INSTALL PERL MODULE& it ask me for the perl module to install. I typed dbd::mysql

before the installation it show this:

Then i click on dbd::mysql and it has INSTALL PROBLEMS as well.

as root from the command line.

then
/scripts/installdbi &
and
/scripts/cleanmd5 &
