Installing problem with depedencies and network lost after shutdown on a VMWare Workstation with Ubuntu 20.40

Hi,

I'm trying to install cPanel, but I have problem with depedencies and network lost after shutdown on a VMWare Workstation with Ubuntu 20.40.

The problem with dependencies are several, but I have able to solved all except two, where I get always the same error:
libsnmp35 depend of libmysqlclient21, but it is already in the newest version (8.0.27-0ubuntu0.20.04.1), and also the libsnm35 is at the newest level.

If I shutdown the server, I lose the network, I'm using NAT in the VMWare, I already tried Bridged with a fixed IP, but i can have internet.
I have already add a route to the gateway, but it didn't solve also the problem.

I already search here an on Google, but I didn't find any relevant information for my problem.

Can anyone help me?
