installing securetmp

    Hello:
    I get a server with WHM 11.30.2 (build 1)
    I want to install securetmp and the program ask to me as you can see above.
    I don't knou what to respond.
    Where I can locate install instructions for securetmp
    It's secure install this script in cpanel/whm server?

    root@servidor [/scripts]# ./securetmp
    Would you like to secure /tmp & /var/tmp at boot time? (y/n)
