Installing Shared SSL for IP problem

So I recently installed a shared SSL for the IP so users can go
https://IP:/~username
And yes I set the crt to nobody and the ip to the server ip.
but currently I am getting this problem

404 Not Found
The server can not find the requested page:

server1.spetsnazhost.com/~spetsnaz (port 443)
Please forward this error screen to server1.spetsnazhost.com's WebMaster.

Is mod_userdir disabled on the server?

Disable protection, clear your browser cache and test again.
