Installing SSL cert for add-on domain - cPanel doesn't complain but doesn't upload.

CentOS 6.4, cPanel 11.42 - so apparently SNI is supported. I don't have a dedicated IP.

Was supplied private key, cert and CA bundle from certificate authority.

In TLS/SSL Manager in cPanel, I uploaded the key ok.

When I upload the cert, cPanel says, "Installed Certificates for the domain(s):" but doesn't actually list the domain I specified when I bought the certificate.

Plus I don't see in cPanel where to upload the CA bundle?

This is shared hosting and I don't have access to WHM.

Called the hosting provider and the consultant I spoke to wasn't aware of the ability to have SSL without a dedicated IP.

Is there anything I have to ask them to enable?

Hello :)

Please direct your hosting provider to the following document:

SSL FAQ And Troubleshooting

In particular, the section on "What is SNI Support" should help clarify that it's now possible to install a certificate on a shared IP address.

Thank you.
