Installing SSL on primary IP (1 IP max per server)

Hello Everybody,

I have a VPS from Digital Ocean who only provide 1 IP on their very fast (if I don't say so myself) VPS servers.

I've installed cPanel on a VPS I ran up for about 2 hours (install took 34 mins!), and created a cPanel account fine but I was unable to install an SSL on this account as it did not have a dedicated IP.

How can I set the only IP on the server to allow an SSL certificate to be installed? Preferably in a supported way by cPanel so cPanel backups will restore the SSL if ever required?

Hello :)

I moved this thread into the "cPanel & WHM Discussions" forum for you. Could you let us know which Operating System is installed? If it's CentOS 6 or RHEL 6, then you can utilize the SNI functionality on cPanel 11.38:

Thank you.
