installing SSL problems

Hello

i install SSL cert in my whm

after i install it some of the website pages are not found ??

i upload the files to the folder private and still give me and 404 error ?

any help with fix this

Either reinstall the SSL or post the content of the file /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf here so all of us can take a look (keep in mind there could be sensitive information there).

Kindly check the apache error logs for the exact error message. You will get the error logs at /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

but i read in the websites if i install the ssl

i will see folder call private_html

and this folder is for secure pages ?

i install the ssl correctly but the http does not show as https

and can't see the lock icon in the bar

i follow every step in the instructions
