Instant Access problem

I am getting this error while accessing my site via instant access, please advise me with this:

The requested URL /~username/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Apache/1.3.37 Server at something.com Port 80

Quick attention is appreciated.
