I'm running a free reseller account at - Removed - and i have also configured its "whmcs api" on WHMCS>SETUP>Product/Services>Servers and it was successful! Screenshot below
- Removed -

Then i also tested if it works by creating an account through my reseller website example.com and it worked niceeely.

but the auto cpanel login on Client area was not working, it was saying "Action Failed Unable to auto-login. Please contact support." as the url it was going was not my cpanel url , my actual cpanel url is cpanel.example.com screenshot below

- Removed -

and at last there is a "Remote Client Login" feature in my reseller panel which is providing a code. screenshot below
- Removed -

so can anyone help me ?????????

regards

here are the screenshots

Hello @Axonus,

Can you reach out to your reseller hosting provider so they can take a look at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log to determine the specific error message that appears during the authentication attempt?

Thank you.

I have this same issue.

Code:
[2018-10-22 15:59:20 -0700] info [cpaneld] 193.169.xxx.xxx - - "POST / HTTP/1.1" FAILED LOGIN cpaneld: user name not provided or invalid user
not sure which one but all of these is the last few logs from cpanel. Any idea here? I recently migrated from shared reseller to vps reseller.

{"metadata":{"version":1,"command":"create_user_session","reason":"You cannot create a session for the user “*removed username*” because they do not exist.","result":0}}

Was the error I was getting in WHMCS

It's all fixed now. Somehow the username had a 1 added to the end of it after the migration and now it's working find. I checked what I had in whm and corrected the username issue. Thanks for the help
