Why does it not show any knowledge?
I've tried searches for everything. It seems to not get a hit on anything.

Id like to know how to search the knowledge base properly too!

The only answer I get is for the one that is in their example:

Example: Every users disk usage shows zero even though they have a quota set

How do I search for the occurrence of one specific word??

but if i do that search (using that term) ACTUally on my server,,, it gives me a LINK to FIX the problem.

and it runs fixnds ON the server...?

now... where can i otherwise find links like that in WHM...?

or are there secret easter eggs like this in the software?
