Interchange Install Bug

When a user attempts to install Interchange and they do not have a free SQL database, the install is done ½ way rather than aborting totally. If after that the user is assigned additonal SQL databses and attempts to install interchange again, all they get are errors when they try to run the app. At the initial install of ALL software there shoudl be a test for adequate resources and if anything is not to requirements then the entire install should fail. This should be addressed ASAP.
