I have a customer trying to upload an excel spreadsheet into Interchange. This is the error she is getting:

    FATAL error

    Can't locate IO/Scalar.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/interchange /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/interchange/lib /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i686-linux /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i686-linux /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl .) at /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/OLE/Storage_Lite.pm line 171.

Is there a script in the /scripts directory to fix this problem? I've tried running several of the scripts mentioned on this forum related to interchange, but no luck.

    Any help would be appreicated.

    /scripts/fixheaders
    /scripts/fixinterchange

    killall -9 interchange
    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/startinterchange &

or reinstall the scalar perl module from source, if absolutely nothing else helps.

    Try this :)

In WHM, go to Software / Install a Perl Module and install IO::Scalar
