Interchange Problems

Anyone knows what is going on with Interchange? It has not worked since yesterday. I have checked and it is running, but our users are getting this message when they go to their carts:

We\'re sorry, the Interchange server is unavailable...
We are out of service or may be experiencing high system demand, please try again soon.

Your help is appreciated.

Never mind. For some reason Interchange did not want to work. Resetting the cart was the only solution to fix this.
