I've been having a lot of ongoing Interchange issues after cpanel upates and after searching these forums and not finding anything that would resolve my issues (I could have misunderstood some of the posts that are posted), I thought I would post this in the event that it might help anyone else having issues:

At this point you will still get the undefined catalog error, this is happening because fixinterchange and fixinterchangeperm scripts are changing the ownership on the folders inside users cart folder incorrectly. To fix this I run the following:

    chown username.cpanel /home/username/catalogs/username/products -R

Replace username of course with the actual username of each account.

Anyway, I hope this will be of help to anyone else with issues.

I've had to run the above after 3 cpanel updates over the past week. Not the most enjoyable thing to have to do but at least it gets my users carts back up and running.
