Interchange won't start...

I've only got one server that's doing this. No idea why. Interchange won't startup. Here's the error I get:

The SocketPerms directive (now set to '384') must be an integer

I've tried:

/scripts/fixinterchange

and

/scripts/upcp

Any ideas?
