To begin, my server is running FreeBSD

I installed several non-cpanel related programs for my server...
While installing them I had to upgrade from expat 1.95 to expat2...
I thought this might just cause problems, and it did.

Now my internal php in CPanel isnt working,
eg. phpMyAdmin / Fantastico / anything else that uses php INSIDE the control panel, just gives a blank page.

Ive tried switching on full error display, I get nothing (in all php.ini files i found on server).
Id like to re-make the internal php, or atleast find somewhere to fix it
BUT i dont even know where it is (that /usr/local/cpanel directory is, kinda complicated)

    Can anyone help ?

    Go on, have a guess
Haven't check on my FreeBSD box, but you should have a script:

    /scripts/makecpphp

which will rebuild the php version that cPanel/WHM uses. That said, you're probably going to have to downgrade expat I would imagine. If you need a different version for something else, you should probably install it in a non-root tree, such as /opt if possible.

    thanks, that solved the problem

...is there any form of documentation on that /scripts directory ?
I looked through it 4x before I decided to post here, and didnt see that script (or maybe I just didnt notice it - probably)

Have a search for /scripts documentation, there's no definitive guide, but most of them hav been described before.
