arrive with a SPAM text in the subject as you can see in the following picture
I saw only one result in your screenshot, (now removed, please attach images to your posts, do not link to them) and it looks like a reply to an email marked spam? not a flagged spam mail.

I use Mailscanner as well.

I'm having a similar problem when sending internal emails. All the emails sent to email addresses that carry my domain get a {Spam?} tag in front of the subject line. And also the emails we sent from our email addresses to third parties are also getting this spam tag if we CC any mail address from our domain during the composing of the mail. Please help me to solve this issue.
