I just noticed an internal error while I am transferring an account from client's old hosting to my hosting. Following are the first few lines from account transfer window.

Copy an account from another server with account password
Attempting to copy USERNAME from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

Trying to fetch cpmove file via cPanel XML-API!

Hello :)

There was a recent issue with Net::SSLeay that resulted in an error similar to what you have reported. For reference, the internal case number for it is 57778. Could you submit a ticket so we can confirm if your issue is related to this case?

Yes, it's just the destination server you will need root access to if it's related to "Net::SSLeay" issue. When you submit the ticket, please post the ticket number here so we can track the issue for you.

Thank you.

Hello Michael,

What I am saying I do not have access to that server where error occurred. I was transferring a client's web sites from his one server to another server. So, opening a ticket can't help me. I am just curious about this error "is this error serious or negligible?"

Thanks

Assuming it's related to case number 57778, then it's already resolved on the latest builds of 11.32 available.

Thank you.
