Hello all,

Im fairly new to CPanel and Linux web admin (normally IIS). Ive created a few sites that appear to be working but within the WHM under "list accounts" it shows the internal IP address against each site so clicking on them to preview the site fails becuase its looking for the 192.168.x.x how do I get it to update to show the external accessible address?

Thanks.

Hello,

I think your server is on a NAT-configured network and due to that cPanel is showing the 192.168.x.x IP, You can check your site through TEMP URL using your public IP : http://Public_IP/~username

Hello :)

Have you configured the internal IP addresses by design? For instance, is a NAT configuration something you prefer?

Thank you.
