    Is there any way to limit certain users not sending email outside its own domain? That is, "internal email only?"

    Go on, have a guess
    Possibly, however you would probably need to look into conditional ACL's in the exim configuration over at www.exim.org as it's not something that you can do through cPanel itself.

    Create a file called "internal_only" in the /etc directory containing a list of the users you want to restrict, e.g.
    user@domain1.tld
    *@domain2.tld

    In exim.conf, in the ACL called "check_recipient", add this code:

    Code:
    deny
       senders  = wildlsearch;/etc/internal_only
       !domains = $sender_address_domain
       message = Mail from $sender_address to other domains is prohibited.

    Out of interest, why are you looking to do this? It's quite clear that such a feature could be a useful solution to a given problem, however I can't seem to think of a problem that requires such a solution!
