WHM setting incomming and outgoing rule

Dear all

iI would like setup the mail server using WHM and cPanel
my company have 20 people and i setup 20 email account for thier used.

i want to make exim setting for the server just send and recieve 2 domain with email.
if the user try to send the other doamin that will show the server error message.
if the other domain try to send email to our domain, that will not recieve.

how can i setup in exim configuration manager?
