Dear Support Team,

after i made the update from WHM, now i get following Error once i am logging in to WHM as root:

Internal Server Error
500

No response from subprocess (whostmgr (whostmgr10)): The subprocess reported error number 72,057,594,037,927,935 when it ended. The process dumped a core file.
Once i try to get the logs:

[[email protected] ~]# tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
tail: cannot open ‘/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log’ for reading: No such file or directory
tail: no files remaining
I have also made:
[[email protected] ~]# /scripts/upcp --force
and also:

/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/autorepair autorepair
But without any success. I still get the Error.

Please Note:
I am not able to raise a support ticket, because i am not able to get out the Support Access ID:

[[email protected] ~]# /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -S
[[email protected] ~]#
Here are the OS and WHM Versions:

[[email protected] ~]# /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -V
[[email protected] ~]# cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
11.86.0.12
[[email protected] ~]# lsb_release -d
Description: CentOS Linux release 7.7.1908 (Core)

Hey there! Sorry to hear about these issues. You can always manually submit a support ticket using the link in my signature or logging into tickets.cpanel.net and putting in the server information, but we will likely need SSH access to the server to find out what is going on. It is interesting that the cPanel error_log file is missing, which could indicate other problems with the machine deeper than the cPanel software.
