My website is down and displaying the following message and error:

    Internal Server Error 500?

I also cannot login to cPanel and have the same message appearing?

What can I do? Any help would be much appreciated.

I have contacted the company which has provided me with a dedicated server space and have asked me to reboot the server which I have done and I am still getting the same message and error above. They have asked me to talk to someone at cPanel...

The internal server error usually cause due to misconfiguration of the webserver or sometime permission issue. The best option to start resolving the issue to check logs which are located in/usr/local/apache/error_log for apache and for the cPanel /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log. If you are not sure how to check these logs. You can always contact cPanel support.
