Internal Server Error in /cpanel

Hola amigos tengo un error que no se como solucionar, cuento con:

• CLOUDLINUX 7.3 x86_64 standard – server

• cPanel & WHM 64.0 (build 24)

Todas las cuentas funcionan bien solo una cuando ingreso a /cpanel la misma que adjunto

ME da ese error 500 es decir no puedo ingresar ni al cpanel no ejecuta ningún archivo PHP solo los html bien pero ningún PHP esta con la versión 5.4 nativa funcionaba todo bien pero ahora da ese error y no se como solucionar, me pueden guiar por favor...

The output suggests your server is running out of memory. Do you notice a lack of free memory when running the "free -m" command? How much RAM is installed on your system?
