Internal Server Error Issue

Hello,

I've always been able to create accounts on my VPS with no problem. For the last two days when I create an account and then go to list accounts in WHM and click the cpanel icon of the newly made account I get this error:

Internal Server Error

500

No response from subprocess ( (cpanel)): subprocess exited with status 255

cpsrvd/11.38.2.7 Server at ip-xxx-xxx-xx-xx.ip.secureserver.net

The only thing that I can think of that has changed recently is trying to install a ssl certificate on one of the sites located on the server. It wasn't installed successfully and was deleted. Other than that I'm completely lost.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
