    Is this on a VPS?

Does running /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkperlmodules find any missing Perl modules?

    Hi Dave,
    Thank you for your reply,
    It is VPS.

Here is the result of /usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkperlmodules:

Looks like 3 modules are failing but I don't think that's the issue. This may be related to the VPS environment. Please open a support request so our analysts can track it down.

    I have submited ticket.
Also, when I run /scripts/upcp --force, I am getting err:

    Code:
    checking for gcc... gcc
checking for C compiler default output file name...
configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
    See `config.log' for more details.

This could be due to a compiler issue, maybe a bad filesystem as well. Hard to say without taking a look at the system.
