intl not install completely

I try install intl in two servers, in both of them intl install without problem, one of them have php 5.3.22 and other one php 5.4.11

But on both of servers intl not install completely and some functions / parts missing , the important part than not installed is local calendars ( for example Arabic / Japanese / Chines / Persian ... )

How I can install it completely?

Are you trying to install from WHM >> Main >> Software >> Module Installers >> Manage (PHP Pecl) ?

If no, try to perform the installation from WHM Module installers.

Thanks for reply. I try both of them ( intl whit easy Apache and Pecl module installer ) both of them is same
