    Hi Everybody,
I am new to Cpanel/WHM and to this group too.
I am trying to get comfortable with Cpanel from the last few days using its Demo site. I have some questions.
    1. How to Start/Stop/Restart Apache/Exim/Mysql or any other service using Cpanel/WHM ?
    2. How make reverse DNS entry for same MX record in Cpanel/WHM ?
Hope to get prompt reply ……..

Demo is a normal user account not an admin account

    Thanks
    AK

You could start service from whm >> Restart Services

    DNS Server (BIND)
    FTP Server (ProFTPd/PureFTPd)
    HTTP Server (Apache)
    IMAP Server (uwimap)
    Mail Server (Exim)
    POP3 Server (cppop)
    SQL Server (MySQL)
    SSH Server (OpenSSH)

To Add Reverse DNS record entry using Whm >> Edit DNS
A special PTR-record type is used to store reverse DNS entries. The name of a PTR-record is the IP address with the segments reversed + ".in-addr.arpa". For example the reverse DNS entry for IP 1.2.3.4 would be stored as a PTR-record for "4.3.2.1.in-addr.arpa".

    Hope this will help !!
