    Go on, have a guess
Was there any more to the email than that? Was it from a cronjob?

    Hi, i was not a cronjob ..
It's just a mail from root, i have there some cronjobs but they always identify their emails with subject saying "cronjob". I don't know where is this email originating from :(

I belive that is a simple temporary file. I think it is a notification from root account that a swapping process is wrong. Do copying the file is a separat directory or delete it and restart system when the mail is rerunning.
