Is there anyway I can whitelist an ip for all acl checks? I am getting this from one host to one of my customers
    Code:
    2015-09-30 11:33:57 H=(mailserver) [200.66.77.138]:11056 X=TLSv1:DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA:256 rejected MAIL <prueba.serfincor@mailserver>: Access denied - Invalid HELO name (See RFC2821 4.1.1.1)

    Regards

    Hi,

I don't know of any way to do that, but HELO checks are pretty standard. prueba.serfincor@ mailserver isn't a fully qualified domain name so that make sense that it's getting rejected. I would suggest seeing if your customer's email provider can fix their hostname and make sure there are reverse dns records so the HELO check can work properly.
