Invalid User: cpanel/whm/webmail ?? whitelisted using cphulkdwhitelist

Just setup cPanel and picked up a couple of licenses, but I'm getting the following messages: Invalid User: cpanel/whm/webmail ??

whitelisted two WAN addresses using cphulkdwhitelist, but still the same result.
