    Hi

I am having problems with cPanel 8.5.3-S3 and the InvisionBoard installer.

I can install one forum on an account using the installer and it works fine. However, if I try to install another forum on the same account, it doesn't write the MySQL information such as password, user, db name etc to the conf_global.php file.

It's starting to get annoying. Does anybody know a way to fix this? It didn't used to happen as I have installed more than one forum on the same account many times.

    Dear Steven_K,

It may be the case of change in file permission.
Please check the file permission for the conf_global.php as 0666. If it is like 0666 then please try to change it to 0777 and try to install. Also make sure that the full path is given. Check the database entries are correct.

    Regards,
