I'm having server problems and WHM and Cpanel have both been inaccessible for several hours. I've tried to use the online support as worked many times in the past but it's the first time using the information at my new provider. I retrieved the Support Access ID via SSH as per the instructions but I'm told that "The provided IP and support access id do not match when I try to proceed. I tried to contact phone support but I can't get past the phone cue where it requires you to put in a support ID that has been purchased. So.... where do we go from here?
