Hello everyone, Im new here I want to ask, whats happen to my cpanel, whats happen to my whm.

Using, my real IP, I can't open [Removed] to login, but if I using proxy, I can access the page and login... After that I login in my whm, and I make a cpanel.... WORKING...

But, if I access [Removed] without proxy, I can't access that page, if I using proxy I can access, why is this happening? I already check in IP Deny Manager, NO IP in there, I already check in [Removed], ITS UP... BUT I CANT ACCESS USING MY REAL IP, MY FRIENDS TOO, WE COME FROM INDONESIA, COME ON FIX THIS

Do you have any third-party firewall rules installed that could be blocking connections to the server? Or, is it possible that your ISP is blocking the connection to the cPanel/WHM ports? You could try using the proxy subdomains feature to access cPanel/WHM. EX:

http://whm.yourdomain.com
http://cpanel.yourdomain.com

I think most probably this is the issue with ISP, still you can give a chance and disable your system firewall that could block cpanel and whm ports. I would suggest you to try to access your server from different ISP connections and see if it works for you.

No, My friend got it too..... my friend cant open my website... my friend and I live in Indonesia.... And my another friend (I think from philipine) can't open it too.. How to fix it? Thanks

Its great that your issue has been resolved but you should post the RCA here, what did your hosting company perform at their end for troubleshooting it. It'd be better for us and the others to have the idea about such incident
