    Hallo Michael,

I am new in CPanel Forum. I am also facing the same problem with my CPanel that is, I can get email from every one, But can't send to others. Even I can get email from "someusr@gmx.de" But I can't reply to same email "someusr@gmx.de".
When I send email it returns with an error message like below :

    Code:
    ------------------------ The Error message --------------------------------

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

    someusr@gmx.de
    host example.gmx.net [212.227.xx.x]
SMTP error from remote mail server after initial connection:
554-gmx.net (mxgmx017) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available
    554-No SMTP service
    554-IP address is black listed.
554 For explanation visit Error messages | GMX Postmaster

    ------------------------------------------------------End of Error message-------------------------------------------------------------

Here in this error message its says, "SMTP error from remote mail server". I searched in google, and somewhere it recommend to use email in php form when sending.

But I have only 2 options in my CPanel i.e. either use "horde" or "roundcube". Really don't know how to set this with php form or the solution.

I am having great problem to send email ".de" Domain.

Michael, I really appreciate your / experts of CPanel Forum any Info about this problem.

    Thanks in advance. :)

I second @GOT suggestion here the IP address appears to be blacklisted from the bounce email message:

    Code:
    554-IP address is blacklisted.

The MX toolbox link he provided should be useful in the process to get yourself delisted.

    Thanks!
