IP address MISSING for all accounts in WHM

I noticed this happened after I terminated one of my accounts. When I go to Account Information > List Account on the IP address column all my accounts display "MISSING"
I followed this post and I have checked the following files and the IP address is correctly listed

/var/cpanel/userdata/username/domain.com
/var/cpanel/users/username

Any further help would be greatly appreciated.

Please try rebuilding the Apache configuration file via:

# /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
