IP address MISSING???

    I have downgraded from Apache 2 to 1.3 via easyapache. Now when I go to "list accounts" page, it says MISSING in the IP column? Any ideas how to solve this?

    I'm using a single shared IP.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    Try restarting cpanel ?

    For us to fix it, we had to rebuild the httpd file as a cPanel restart would not to the trick :


    /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf

    Hope this could help someone else in case you face the same issue.
