IP Address Question !

    If i have 16 x ip address

    Can setup ftp 1 ip , web 1 ip , mail 1 ip for cpanel ?

    Yes, simply edit the domain's DNS zone and set different IPs for ftp.domain.com and mail.domain.com from instead of pointing them to domain.com. Make sure you set them to A record.

    You have to manually modify
    1) DNS records
    2) /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
    3) /etc/proftpd.conf

    Do it from WHM. &Edit a DNS Zone& under DNS Functions.

    it's not enough, i.e if you change ftp IP then you have to make that change in /etc/proftpd.conf too thus

    as I wrote in my last post

    1) DNS Records (WHM -& DNS Functions -& Edit a DNS Zone)
    2) /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf
    &
    3) /etc/proftpd.conf
    should be manipulated
