Ip Addresses

I am trying to add an ip address reserved for a domain. I have many others on the same box but this one domain requires its own static ip. I am having troubles adding the IP address to the available list of IP's. The response I am getting from the server is there is 0 free ip's available.

I know this isnt the case as I have just added the ip in the IP Functions -> add IP address section and was assigned this new ip just today.

anyone got any ideas that I should try.
