IP Adress and Website

Hello again,

I have installed cPanel and everything to seems to working great! I am having a little trouble setting up my site. I only have one website which I want to host and only one IP which is currently assigned to my server. If you go to my site mydomain.com it does come up with the normal cpanel default page, but how do i connect via ftp and setup the ip to work with my site as well. Thanks for everyones help. I will be able to give more info if needed.
