IP adress has changed. Please try to login again

One of my client is facing an error . Everytime he tries to login to my server via cpanel account

Then it doesn't even take him to the panel . It says " IP adress has changed . Please try to login again "

I tried clearing his cache and everything . He doesn't use a proxy and not have an antivirus . It is an xp os

What is the problem with him ? When i try to load from here , the same account works fine for me

Please help , this is my server ip - removed -

Does the same happen if he does as suggested: "try to login again"?
