    Can someone help me.

    I recently changed a site's ip address.

You can access the site via the new ip address. But, when you go to the domain name, it goes to the servers default site.

    Please help!

    Thank you

Wait a few hours for the DNS to update.

yes this is usually a propagation issue if you visited the site just before changing the IP.

You can test if it is a propagation problem by doing the following.

If you usually visit the domain using then try going to the domain by only typing in the address bar (or vice versa if you usually go there without the www) and then hit enter if it now goes to the domain it is just a propagation issue.

If that does not work for you then change the TCP/IP Properties on your computer to "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter the main Nameserver IP of your server there.

Close all explorer windows and then open a new window and go to the domain.

The domain should show up fine now.

If it does not you have some type of wrong set-up in your DNS.

i have this problem as well...
i thought the domain propogates quite fast...
but it's been more than a day and it still does not work...
i have checked all the dns settings and they are the same as my other site's settings

also, i think this problem occurs esp after u change the ip/domain of an account
previously, i changed ip of an account and this problem happened, i had to delete the whole account and create a new one again
this time, i changed the domain of the site and this problem happens again...
well...i do hope it's because the domain has not propogated....
