    When I look at my IP address Usage, all of them look like this 207.xxx.xxx.xxx www.Domain.com

    Then there is this one?

    207.200.28.123 207.200.28.123

    It has a enrty in the httpd.conf file that looks odd too.

    <VirtualHost 207.200.28.123>
    BytesLog domlogs/207.200.28.123-bytes_log
    ServerName 207.200.28.123
    ServerAdmin root@localhost
    DocumentRoot /dev/null
    ScriptAliasMatch .* /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/domainredirect.cgi
    </VirtualHost>

    Any Ideas?

    Virtual Host PREVENTS IP access

    This is quitte simply the way your administrator or someone else has PREVENTED direct IP access to the web server. Any calls to 207.200.28.123 get dumped directly into the bit bucket thus preventing a connection to the server by IP. Simple really, but if you try to use:

    http://207.200.28.123

    to connect to the server nothing will happen since the document root is the bit bucket...

    That VirtualHost container shows up when you enable the Domain Forwarding in WHM. :)
