    Hey everyone!

A user of mine got banned from FTP after 17 failed log in attempts. cPanel automatically saw this as a Brute Force attack and blocked him in APF.

Here's the command it reported it ran (sent me an email alert):
Do any of you know how I can unban this guy's IP? I've added to the whitelist and checked in the standard .rules files but nothing.

I've also restarted APF after adding to the whitelist.

    Please help! Thank you. :D
