I am getting failed login reports but the IP is being reported says it is from Vietnam and I can confirm that the IP is actually in Southern California. Why would it be so far off and is there anything I can do on my end to make this right?

My first thought would be, scan your system for issues. If it's one of your clients, ask them to.
Thanks for the input and feedback, I asked the data center and they told me this was an issue at the users ISP and to check with them for answers.
